Giusto per informazione di tutti, questa mattina ho scritto ufficialmente al supporto Global di Xiaomi chiedendo informazioni sul supporto al 4G+

Dear Xiaomi Support good morning,
my name is Felice, and I’m writing from Italy.
I’m writing this email to submit to your attention a problem that a lot of your product are having, and that deserve to be taken into consideration as soon as possible.
Xiaomi is becoming a reality all over the world, and I am a lucky owner of a Redmi 5 Plus and Mi Max 3.
The problem that I want to submit to your attention is the LTE Carrier Aggregation (4G+) which is affecting most of the Xiaomi devices.
Actually the CA is not fully supported by the Xiaomi smartphones, and this represent a problem because we cannot use all the network features, despite the hardware could support the full CA.
For example, in Italy we have LTE networks that have 4CA LTE aggregation (B1+B3+B7+B20), but on my Mi Max 3 I can only use 2CA (B1+B3), with the result that the average speed of LTE is not comparable with devices of other brands. Redmi 5 Plus does not supporting any CA combo…
Is Xiaomi aware of this issue?
Let me say that a Brand like Xiaomi which is attacking other markets, have to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Could we hope in a future update that fix this issue?

Detto questo, mi sembra comunque una risposta, come dire..."pre-confezionata", ma bisogna comunque sempre sollecitare soprattutto con problemi di questo tipo, che castrano non poco i loro dispositivi.
Non mi aspetto nulla nel breve termine, ma spero solamente che siano effettivamente a conoscenza del problema, e soprattutto delle opinioni che alcuni utenti consapevoli (come direbba Andrea Galeazzi) hanno dei loro prodotti.
Consiglierei comunque di scrivere al supporto...magari più richieste ricevono, più attenzione potrebbero dedicare ad una risoluzione del problema.
